Our journey began with the belief that innovative design and a hands-on approach can solve complex building challenges. We’ve been creating thoughtful architecture in Ontario for over four decades, evolving from Mekinda, Snyder & Weis Architects in the 1980s to today’s collaborative practice of over 25 professionals.

Our focus has always been on projects that make a difference: schools that inspire learning, and long-term care homes that provide dignity. We have completed hundreds of educational, long-term care and housing projects, working alongside school boards, not-for-profit organizations, municipalities, private businesses, and First Nations communities.

This experience has taught us that successful projects need more than good design: they require strategic guidance through challenging approvals, and trusted partners they can count on through all stages of construction. That’s why we developed our Architect Managed Project (AMP) delivery model, reflecting our commitment to providing clients with a single accountable partner from vision to completion.
