Danielle Rosen
Architect
Danielle is an OAA Architect with experience in residential, commercial and institutional projects, with a particular focus and interest in socially-minded work, including healthcare, schools, and community spaces. Her approach to architecture is rooted in the belief that buildings should do more than just function; they should foster human connection and enhance well-being. Beyond her design work, Danielle also assists with the firm’s business development and promotion, including RFP responses and marketing initiatives, drawing on her strengths in research, writing and attention to detail.
She holds a Bachelor of Architectural Studies and a Master of Architecture both from the University of Waterloo, where her graduate thesis explored relationships between people, communities, and the built environment, examining how spaces are shaped by those who inhabit them, and how buildings, in turn, shape the experience of their users.
Fun Fact: Danielle enjoys exploring her genealogy and has uncovered new family connections through her research. Her discoveries have helped reconnect family members who had lost touch as well as brought together relatives who didn't know each other existed, creating new bonds across generations.
