Rochelle Moncarz is Principal of the firm. She is particularly interested in how the built environment influences our day-to-day lives, and how it shapes the way we live, work and learn. Rochelle has successfully led institutional, commercial and residential projects ranging from $100,000 to over $60 million in construction value. She works collaboratively with clients, their diverse stakeholders, and the project team to deliver transformative, community-focused projects. From building a new LEED® secondary school to re-imagining existing space for a community wellness centre, Rochelle employs creative design strategies to create timeless and inspiring spaces.

Fun fact. Rochelle can often be seen commuting to and from work on the City’s Cycle Tracks in her ultra high viz reflective jacket.
