Anil Gokarn is a seasoned Project / Construction Manager and Contract Administrator. As a Principal of the firm, Anil combines a tremendous amount of construction management experience with his architectural knowledge, ensuring that the client goals as manifested in the design intent are never lost in the construction phase. His excellent communication skills contribute to his strength in consensus building, negotiating and team building. He has been engaged on more than 100 projects since joining the firm.

Fun fact. When he’s not making great buildings, Anil enjoys un-apologetically applying painter’s sealant to the joints around baseboards and trim; he can also be found making great plays on the ice, great time on his bike, or less than great music on his guitar.
