Christie Gardens is a Continuum of Care community which includes Life Lease suites, rental apartments and LTC facilities. Snyder Architects were involved in renovating the LTC north wing including provision of a new spa, shower and laundry, a resident lounge, resident dining area and a home kitchen.

Contrary to the ‘institutional’ feel of a typical LTC dining servery, the home kitchen at Christie Gardens is designed like a kitchen in your home, a warm space where residents can gather around the kitchen island to chat and participate and in so doing, reclaim their independence.
