Consisting of a three-storey, 128-bed, Long-Term Care (LTC) Facility, Parkview Home is situated on wider campus of care, Parkview Services for Seniors, which provides LTC, life lease accommodation, and seniors rental apartments.

The LTC building’s floor plate is organized around a central courtyard with two therapeutic gardens. This calm, vibrant space is accessible from the ground floor and visible from the second and third floors. Each floor plan includes Resident Home Areas (RHA) which are smaller, self-contained units organized by level of care, that give residents a more intimate and familiar living space including their own dining room, sitting room and activity rooms. Beds are equally distributed over the three floors with shared amenity spaces. 

A large gazebo in the garden accommodates mixed socialization opportunities and special joint events for community members and their families.
