The redeveloped St Fidelis Catholic Elementary School and Child Care comprises a 649 pupil space new elementary school and a child care for 49 licensed spaces.

The design focuses on creating a flexible student-centred learning environment with a range of small and large student collaboration spaces, including multiple Learning Commons interspersed among the classrooms. The main entrance leads into an atrium equipped with stepped seating,  designed to encourage student gatherings and  project exhibitions in a double storey space flooded with natural light. Between the atrium and the gym is a multi-use program space that can serve as a stage for school performances, a lunch room equipped with a servery, a student activity space or as a large meeting room.

The development ranks high in environmental sustainability with green roofs, high performance building envelope, heated floors and displacement ventilation.
